PMA of West Michigan offers a variety of events to meet the networking and relationship development needs of our members. 

Submit An Event

Members of PMA of West Michigan may submit industry-related events to be included on our website. Items submitted are subject to review and are included at the discretion of PMA of West Michigan. Some restrictions may apply.

 Events for submission may include:
Open House - Grand Opening or Grand Re-Opening
Industry related networking, education or social gatherings
Peer-to-Peer meetings

PMAM GLAStar Education & Awards

Since 1995, the Great Lakes Area Star (GLAStar) Awards have honored excellence in the Michigan apartment industry. The winners receive recognition and a prestigious award at the Gala Awards dinner.  All members of the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM) are eligible to enter.

 Property Management Professionals and Business Partners (vendor members) may enter as many categories as they choose, each entry is submitted on an entry board with supporting materials. All Property Management categories are applicable to conventional and affordable housing. Business Partners have their own categories. 

PMAM Lyceum

Following the lead of the National Apartment Association, the Property Management Association of Michigan established the PMAM Leadership Lyceum program.

Mission
Our goal with this program is to develop dynamic and enthusiastic leaders of our Association.
