HAWTHORNE POINTE UPDATE! Below you will see we recently had another 2 side projects started and 1 of them finished since our last update. Mailbox shed has been built & painted (bottom left) and the #pergolainstallation is taking place behind the clubhouse. We have also installed the cabinets, installed #interiortrim, measured for #countertopskitchen, & ordered appliances all for building 1. We have also installed carpet in the clubhouse (top left). Thankful for the construction team working CDC's Amarillo project and providing community service when it's needed most.
It’s so unfortunate that Texas is in its third week of battling the devasting and deadly fires that have ravaged through the Panhandle. Commonwealth’s The Commons at St. Anthony’s rehab construction site is located in Amarillo near where a number of our employees are also residing. Last week, members from our onsite team took a few days to help clean up debris in the area where fires have been extinguished, mainly assisting a woman who almost lost her home and son the week prior. The team helped go through and dispose of rubble and unload hay brought in for the cattle she didn’t lose. It was an emotional few days for all, as she was so grateful for the support to help her start picking up the pieces. We continue to pray for the residents of Texas that have been affected by the fires, and for the firefighters and authorities that have continued to do their best to combat them. Hopefully, the last two will be contained soon and the state can continue strong recovery efforts. #TexasWildfires #HelpingHands #CommunitySupport
