The maintenance and office staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and so professional and helpful. The building is beautifully maintained and they do a lot to support the community and engage the residents without being overbearing but they also enforce rules especially when safety is involved. (They did a great job during the pandemic.) The building is quite and the units are rock-solid and beautifully appointed, including in-unit laundry and great appliances. The heat is electric and it can get pricy in the winter BUT the windows open and the balconies are great (I'm on an end with a northern exposure) and it's really lovely in the summer. They have reimagined the community room and have created a lovely shared patio and grilling space. I just signed my 3rd lease-this one for 18 months. I am very happy here. The neighborhood is great and the location is fabulous. You can walk to Bridge Street Market, DeVos Performance Hall, Linear and many other restaurants and you are minutes from the interstate. There are lots of pets in this building but people are very mindful about respecting others. Icon on Bond has it all, including a coffee shop across the street and heated underground parking!.

The location is great, it is within downtown but not in the center of everything so you get a nice relaxing environment. Very convenient for medical students and professions since the medical mile is a block away!
